Returns policy
Here at The Ebb & Flo Co, we really want you to get the most out of your candle experience. So we’ve worked super hard behind the scenes designing, testing and testing again to make sure your candle is the best it can be.
However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your candle, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us to let us know.
Returns
We have a 14 day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ebbandfloco.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend that you to return your items to us using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. We do not cover the cost of the return.
Exceptions
Some items that are opened or used cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
